Breakfast was not the best. Egg doesnt have taste, and apple juice was like water with a bit of apple taste.

The housekeeping staff kept disturbing us after every 30 minutes from 8.30 am in the morning while the check out time is 11 am plus they did not even let us check in an hour earlier saying the rooms were not ready while the housekeeping troubled us from 8.30 am to clean the rooms .

Its location is amazing.

The breakfast was set up very poorly . I stayed for 3 days and they didn't have tea. Then they didn't have sugar. I had to use honey in my coffee.

we’ve been three times at the register because our key doesn’t work. No early check in is possible. Every time we go to register or even just walk around,nobody was there. So we always had to wait for someone,especially when we come back from the beach,tired,we had full hands,the key doesn’t work and we had to wait till someone show up 😡 When we came to the hotel,the restroom was super dirty

every time I plan a road trip, I chose Sleep Inn & Suites. It just works, I enjoy my stay, I feel I'm in a high class hotel, and it's affordable.

I called and cancelled this room on 3/17, as we had 2 rooms, one under Steve Karam and other under Irma Karam didnt need 2 rooms and cancelled room for Irma on 3/17. checked in and was charged for both. Filed a disput with Credit Card Company

Room was large, bed comfortable, good tv with varied channel selection. Plenty of towels and essentials were included.

Thought the breakfast stations could have been better attended. Many items were gone and coffee empty. Long spans of time before anything was replenished. Someone had to find an employee to let them know items needed attention.

Convenient location

Room was tiny. Booked 2 rooms 6 months ahead but couldn't even put us on same floor. Said unable to change anything since used booking.com and should use hotel website in the future. Breakfast was incredibly crowded and when asked if more tables told there were some outside. 45 degrees and had rained so tables were wet. Also, bugger on curtain...photo attached
