The staff was professional and helpful. Ester at the front desk was delightful.

Convenient with location.

Shower wasn’t working, and partner had to take a shower in another room. And, their profile on Booking said “One King Bed and One Queen Bed” but we got (and all they have) was One Queen Bed and a Sofa Bed. It was very uncomfortable and the description was totally misleading.

Staff is amazing - always helpful - above and beyond

The façade of walls in our room had several places Where the paper was damaged and peeling. Made room look old and tired

The breakfast was not like the pictures online or in the elevator. Everything was fast food and not appealing. Very disappointing. The wall in our room very paper thin. We could hear everything in the room next to us. Not worth the money.

Uncomfortable room. Thin walls. Breakfast was unappealing.

They let me check in prior to 3:00 PM.

The lobby was messy; there were crumbs from breakfast all over the counter tops near the check-in. The pillows were flat. The couch in the room was dirty and torn. I was not offered water bottles. This used to be a very nice place; unfortunately, after the last visit, I will be staying elsewhere when visiting for medical appointments. I gave it another try after this and was worse.

Room and service quality.

TV channels weren’t the best and either the TV or remote were very laggy.

The furniture is worn; the shower handle is not aligned, and there is a gap. The sofa was torn and looked unvacuum; there was 3 flat pillows. Ive stayed several times, and it just has went downhill.

It’s an excellent Home2Suites on par with the best of them. It’s exceptionally clean and I enjoy using the Hilton app to avoid the front desk.

I'm not sure how old the hotel is but the bed & pillows in our room, 202, felt like they are at the end of their service life. Bed felt like it was worn out and pillows were floppy with no fluff.

Our stay was good. A quiet and comfortable hotel.
