property was new.
the staff was not friendly. some alarm kept going off and they would reset it just for it to go off again. the lobby smelled of curry as the staff were cooking dinner.
the room was normal until we noticed the tv wouldn’t work. we complained tot he desk and it took 2 hours before it was functional. the bathroom was never cleaned from the last person. the trash can had no bag in it, the shower was filthy. there was bloody boogers on the shower door and handle. used soap in the tray. there is black mold growing on the ceiling and some sort of pink fungus growing in the corners of the shower. The toilet was filthy with fecal matter splattered on the bottom of the seat and urine all over the back. it was late and we had been driving all day so we just slept and got up early to leave. the free breakfast was a joke. 1 sausage patty and 1 yellow disks called eggs. gravy and biscuits that were old and hard. it was truly a horrible experience. we will never stay there again.

Location was excellent, very quiet but right off the freeway. Very clean, neat hotel. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast.
A couple extra towels in the room would be nice. Toilet paper was almost empty and no extra roll in the room. No kleenex. Otherwise, it was outstanding.

The hotel did not have a lot of guess so it was quite in the night.

I did not like nothing about the property. It was very dark around the property and also the guy at the front desk told me the stairway had no cameras.
The front clerks were very rude and disrespectful. I felt uncomfortable at a room and wanted to be placed in another just for my safety and they would not switch rooms.

Location is great and bed is comfortable.
There were stink bugs in my room, dead flies in the window and also some type of roach like/beetle like insect on my daughter's bed. I DO NOT like bugs. I understand this hotel is in a wooded area. Maybe more attention to detail when cleaning or investing in some extermination services may help rid them of these problems. The tub needed to be scoured and resurfaced. I was told that I would receive a 10% off discount with my next stay and when I brought it up to Mr. Patel, he told me that I was unable to get the discount he promised, because I didn't book directly with the hotel.

the guy who checked us in was very rude when we went to check out the next morning he wouldn’t give us our deposit until we left a review which was absolutely ridiculous since we were in a hurry to get to work

bed was comfortable
there was no one at the front desk and had to wait 5 minutes at least for someone to come every time i was at the desk or walked by it. the fridge in the room didnt work. asked for late checkout and they said no.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was very weak and eggs were not warm, but supply was replenished, and was better! Location was very convenient!
We were very pleased! They were very courteous and kind! Breakfast was not the best, but they were on top of it immediately!

Nobody around to help you when we got locked out of our rooms. Key cards didnt work. Was locked out of our room for over an hour. I called hotel front desk the man argued with me on the phone about getting in our room. Finally he came changed batteries in the door. Still didn't work. So he let us in and we just said forget about it. Had breakfast. Everyone asking for forks and its like they were troubled to go get any supplies. You could tell they just wanted everyone to leave so they didn't have to work the breakfast area anymore. Not just with us but alot of people in the breakfast area. Ice machine didn't work on the first floor. Bathtub was dirty. Toilet had no water in the bowl. We had to go get a housekeeper to spray down the bathtub

The staff was nice and polite, the rooms were clean and spacious, along with the prices being reasonable.
The ice machine wasn't working, the breakfast was bad I know you might not to spend a lot on breakfast but making it uneditable you might as not serve it.

location off of the highway was convenient; beds were comfortable; lobby was clean; staff was fine; felt safe and secure
bath towels were awful- the worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel (mismatched small rags??); toilet bowl was disgustingly dirty- who knows when it was last wiped out and made us concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the room; tall weeds and grass growing out of roof gutters outside
