Cleanliness and the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to watch sunset. It's a beautiful location got little messed up due to improper maintenance. The other guests we met were super cool and nice. Easy access to the lake, but the water is not that clean due to algae. We got room 9 from which we can see the lake through the windows, but it is a bit a far view.

The entire resort and its amenities are too old and less maintained on time. If it is properly managed by doing some painting, and proper gardening then this place will become a heaven. Looks like they don't even have a clean neighbourhood as well. Their connection road is never repaired, you can see never maintained home, old dusty vehicles on both the side (but don't get scared). We felt like, someone got an amazing beautiful place which never maintained and become a little mess. Anyway for the facilities they provide, their price looks much higher than normal.

This "resort" is located right NEXT to a sketchy trailer park, which is FULL of garbage/ old appliances/strange objects.. which made for a bit of an un-easy stay with our young kids. Thought we could enjoy swimming in lake since it is a lake-front "resort" but there is no easy access, only by jumping off a pier, or entering from an old broken up cement boat ramp. And the water itself isn't exactly Clear, as the lakes name suggests.... Also there are not really decent places to eat out nearby, besides the fosters freeze for fast food, or cheap mexican restaurants. We were told there are nice casinos with good restaurants , but drive was too far for us with 2 small kids

Location is perfect. Has a boat loading Ramp and dock for your boat. Quiet. Beautiful and we'll maintained property. Owners were very polite and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. It was right on the water.
