Our room was sold to a hyatt member. We stayed in a lesser room. In the morning we were moved back to the Suite we paid for. The staff was excellent and very helpful.
Our room was given to a Hyatt member even though I paid for a higher priced room and had to sleep in lower quality room for one nite.

Location near the Pledge Arena and Space needle. Very clean. Large rooms. Ours had a kitchen and bedroom which I didn't expect.
The elevator and stairs situation is weird! Cant get to the lobby from the parking garage and the elevators loose races to snails daily! Once we figured it out all was good.

The staff communication following our stay was very poor. I noticed a charge on my credit card of $90 days following our stay. I contacted the hotel 4+ times via phone, every staff who responded indicated that they would “have a manager call me back to review and get rid of the charge”. This unfortunately never happened. I was provided an email address to the GM, I emailed him 1+ month ago and have still yet to receive a response. I was unable to dispute it through booking.com so I was hopeful the hotel would reimburse me for the charge but they have been poor with responding. Will not be booking again for this reason!

The room amazingly quiet and clean, the staff very kind, the breakfast has variety and healthy choices, great and better than this kind of stays. The location is excellent, just right across de street from the needle, so we could go twice and pass it every day. We had one suite with no view at all. But it did not matter to us since the quiet was preferable. And the needle space was our view every morning during breakfast.

There was difficulty in understanding the Parking entrance- but once found - was secure and safe

Excellent location for Space Needle etc. and to take monorail downtown, which the kids loved. Clean and good size rooms. Friendly. Breakfast buffet is really good. Parking is discounted if you park at the other Hyatt two blocks away.
Lines for the elevators can get a little long at peak times.

The room we stayed in was not up to the standard of Hyatt and price we paid. mattress were not comfortable at all. not enough lights in room. Bath tub clogged. Staff was ok. I think Hyatt just happy that it’s generating enough revenue from this location and don’t care about keeping up the standards. Very disappointed.

Construction being done on new building next to hotel very noisy. View from our room looked right into apartment windows of building next to hotel. Sofa bed in room was worn and uncomfortable to sit on. Bed mattresses were worn as well and not what you expect for 355 dollars a night.

The staff was friendly, went above and beyond, letting us check in early and helping get a taxi, mailing a package, breakfast was great, right across the street from the space needle, easy to walk around and look at things.
The construction across the street made noise early in the morning, but not the hotels fault. Went to do laundry and no soap and the front desk was out. Had to order some.

Breakfast was great. A lot of options. Definitely something for everyone. View was wonderful. Roof top Terrace was an awesome bonus. Room was clean, had lots of extras in the room in case you forgot something.
Little pricey, but we chose to stay there so we could walk everywhere. We were close to everything we were doing.
