Size was great. Daughter and son-in-law thought the bed was comfortable.

The sofa bed was horrendous! I could feel every spring in my back on the first night so I slept on the sofa the second night without opening it.

24 hour customer service with super friendly staff, spacious rooms with multiple outlets, private balcony, right down the street from Manco & Manco’s pizza on the boardwalk, HDMI outlets in the TV’s (you’d be sadly surprised when hotels don’t have these)

The walls were pretty thin so you could hear children running up the halls (or anyone else making too much noise) but wasn’t that big of an issue to us overall; no smoking anywhere on the property allowed, even on the balcony; the thermometer didn’t seem to adjust when we set it, so it was consistently about 70° for the weekend

check in was easy, room was nice, would be great for a family with separate rooms and kitchen in suite. Location was great, so close to the boardwalk and beach.

WAY too many people in the pool . Other hotels use a timed sign up process so a pool at this size would not be overcrowded especially during covid.

It was updated, clean and friendly.

Hot tub was not working

Easy drive to Atlantic City . Off season for a lot of places to eat but room had full kitchen . fully stocked with anything you need to make a meal.

The room was very clean!! It was a beautiful room!! Location was perfect!

There was maintenance going on in the room across the hall… the we’re replacing floor/carpeting. It was very noisy. The hotel was not full so not sure why we were given that room.

We started out over the atrium which was noisy and switched to the other side for an open balcony - perfect!

I loved the full kitchen. Very convenient. And my kids went crazy over the swimming pool.

The hot tub was under construction. When I booked the hotel it did not say that anywhere. I was really looking forward to it, so that was disappointing. The (street) view is just not nice at all.

The property was spotless and the employees were very friendly and helpful!
