Nada muy sucio olor desagradable page y cuando me dieron el cuarto uufff orrible les dije q mejor no lo quería me dijeron ok ballase pero no le regresamos su dinero y me fuy a otro hotel y no me regresaron mi dinero muy mal hotel ese deberían de demolerlo mejor

The only thing I was satisfied with was the mattress, everything else was unsanitary, not clean and overall disgusting.

The room that was reserved, the prostitutes walking around, the different amount of chemicals i was able to smell just walking inside to our room, the police who showed up right after we checked in for a different incident. The customer service and refund we didn't receive. The receptionist offered another room but when we went to look at it it had blood on the sheets so we decided it was best and safer to leave that reservation.

The hotel was very hot, the staff told my employee that they did run the a/c in the room all day but booked him to the room. When he made it to the hotel after 8:00pm , it was 97 degrees outside.

Once the room was booked for stay, your staff should had turned down the air to cool off the room just out of pure courtesy and legit service.

there are roaches, bed bugs, mold, it stinks, it’s dirty, it’s absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down, i stayed up all night cause it was that bad
