It’s always very nice to stay here. It is my favorite hotel in Chicago . The rooms are comfortable and I love that you can crack the window for fresh air.

Things have changed there was no champagne in the room which was one of the perks I always enjoyed it was cute and a nice way to start a vacation . Normally they communicate back when you message this time my message was never addressed. And room service wasn’t available for delivery which is literally the point of room service.

The location is perfect! There’s so much to do in the area! It was clean and nicely decorated.

It smelled so bad in our room. It smelled like mildew or dead animal. And they wouldn’t let us change rooms. No matter how many times they came in to spray, the smell was so bad!

Location was great. Room was good and one of bed was comfortable but the other wasn't as comfortable.

Check-in could have been better while waiting for the room, other groups seemed to get their rooms sooner. We left to eat and came back and still had to wait to be checked in.

This properties location just steps from Michigan Avenue and within easy walking distance of many tourist highlights makes it an awesome choice for tourists

Great location, actually found street parking a block away. Restaurants nearby, shopping nearby. Comfy room. Safe entrance.

There were so many extra fees and charges that the advertised price was about half what I ended up paying. I think that is par for the course in Chicago, though.

Rooms were not cleaned properly and requests for housekeeping to rectify this took an hour plus. Dated and basic room lacking any luxury

Centrally located on Miracle Mile. Nice sized suites. The doorman “Ham” was especially kind and attentive.

The king bed suites were spacious, and the hotel was quiet at night.

There could be some updates to older items (wallpaper, paint, etc.) and upgrades (e.g. a lightly stained sofa and torn comforter).

The bed was super comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. I was only there for one night, so not much more to comment on.

Staff brought extra water bottles free of charge up to my room and extra towels right away.

The lack of unlimited Free WiFi access considering the per night room rate charged. This was my first time staying at this hotel chain so obviously I wasn't a member and therefore didn't receive complimentary access. This was very disappointing.
