Everything was so perfect

It is very clean, friendly staff, beds are very comfortable, location is great. I travel with my 80 year old sister and we feel very safe.

The room was not clean when I pulled out the sofa bed there were cigarette butts and was not clean

the location was convenient for me.

Security concerns. Other guest's opened my room with their key. I was able to open their's with mine. This made for a very uncomfortable stay. Also, the pool was filthy, the breakfast was bad, and the room was not very clean. I could have lived with any of that, but not the security issue. I think some members of the staff were trying, but it doesn't make up for not being safe. I spoke with the hotel general manager who was a little strange... huggy... and she apologized but I was not amused.

Pet Friendly! Room smelled so bad of pet urine, I could only stayed there one night instead of two! Carpet stained and couch was stained and ripped up!
