Very clean and pleasant staff
The base of the bed popped every time you moved…couldn’t roll over in bed without noise from the sheet metal popping.

Price was great. Room was large and comfortable. Seemed clean.
Facility is a bit old and dated.

I loved that while other pet friendly hotels give you a lower grade quality room for the same price as a regular room plus pet fees; They didn’t do that. Our room was exceptional. Every staff member was excellent!
Location was perfect right off the interstate and it was quiet. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit family.

Front desk personnel took care of every request I made with a smile.
Parking area was next to a construction zone, a lot of noise, workers coming and going. Group of adult men who congregated about 5pm on property, were very noisy, didn’t know where they were from but I felt intimidated walking past them. I told the property manager, and in a few days they were gone . So glad he took care of it.

The lady working the front desk was amazing! She knew I was a single mom and made sure she gave my son and I a room up front and close to my car.

easy parking. room was nice and clean.
towels were tiny! and flimsy. at the breakfast bar, I had to ask for a cup, then hot water for the tea, then I had to ask for the sugar/creamer to be restocked. so they didn't seem to be on top of stocking.

It was a fair price and a good location
The pillow's and bed were so weird. The pillows felt like someone took a plastic bag and stuffed it with old tshirts. The mattress was missing a big section in the front middle. It also felt like it was stuffed with old tshirts and one section was missed.
It was obvious people were living long term in the hotel which is fine but there were hundreds on cigarette butts in the grass along the sidewalk.

The address that is listed is confusing. I am not sure what can be done about it.The hotel is right off 85 however, the address points you down 414.

Floors were dirty and not swept, towels and wash cloths were dingy, bathroom curtain and window curtain was dirty and needs updating, there were bugs in the room, and we had a none smoking room but could smell cigarette smoke from room next door,. tv reception was terrible and batteries in tv remote did not work.
