Even with the 4th of July weekend, the staff managed to keep things clean and busted their butts in the kitchen and everywhere else. Our room was great; everything was clean. The hotel attracts a lot of sweet people and families and it was really nice being there with good, courteous folks all around.

Location was great! About 25 minutes from Hershey Park. Conveniently located off the highway, and with in five minutes of some restaurants, & gas stations.

Beds were uncomfortable. Pool was extremely warm, almost uncomfortable. Pool area was very unclean. No towels provided. Breakfast seemed like the same thing daily.

breakfast on Sunday was scheduled until 10. when my family went to eat at 9am the hot foods where not replenished. we where expecting the hot breakfast and settled for cereal.

Staff . was absolutely amazing

Biker group staying at hotel. Walked in to indoor pool area to check it out when we arrived and there was a couple engaged in oral sex at the edge of the pool.

Smelled. Dirt on walls. Trash in hallways, loud. Phone didn’t work

it was fairly close to where I needed to be.

Not the cleanest. Curtains were off a couple of hooks, wallpaper was beginning to curl off in the corner. grout in shower needed cleaning or re-grouting ( it was black in spots. Front desk personnel were not welcoming and seemed disinterested. Bed seemed clean and comfortable. Bedding was nice. My sister in law was on another floor and her tv didn’t work at all. I would not choose to stay there again nor would I take a chance on another property.

The bed & pillows were nice.

The rooms, halls and elevators were dirty. There were dirty underwear on the floor in one of the rooms, Something splashed on the walls. Front desk would not give me the manager's name.

Rooms were not cleaned throughout my stay. I had to hand-carry used towels in order to get replacement. Front desk staff needs more customer service training

It was easy to check in, close to highway, and parking.

Noise was ridiculous..paper-thin walls, lock on door broken, TV didn't work, food was hard and gross

The hotel was dirty and staff wasn't friendly. I will not return to that Holiday Inn Express on my next visit to Pennsylvania.

It was clean bed was very comfortable.

I didn't get any sleep. Somebody was in and out the room all night long. All you heard was the door shutting running up and down the hall. The people over top of me you can hear walking back and forth. I will never stay here again I give them a 1

Beds, rooms, hallways were comfortable. AC was nice.

Hallway had a faint odor. Pool area was small and dark.

Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good.

I paid more than other families for the same room.

Location and size of hotel. Nice, and helpful staff.
