Location is perfect. Perfect for the kids. Fun things for the kids and adults to do!

The wait times at the on site restaurant were insane. We waited an hour just to sit, then an additional hour to get our food. Would have rather went out to a restaurant.

Exceptionally clean! We were so impressed at how sanitized and hygenic the room and all common areas of this hotel were.

Reception was poor, staff amateurs and not really helpful, breakfast was really unhealthy

We loved the welcoming of the staff. Very helpful in anything we needed to check-in, activities, and breakfast servers. We were there to celebrate our twins' 11th birthday, and Dolores in the gift shop made their day. Once she found out it was their birthday, she gave them each a birthday pin with their names. I love how she made my boys feel special. Thank you.

I wish we knew ahead of time to make reservations to the shipwreck restaurant. We really looked forward to eating their as part of our sons birthday celebration, but when we arrived, we were told we needed reservations, and dining was full. Also, same with the master builders' workshops. We didn't register in advance, and my boys didn't get to enjoy lego creative building. So in the day the boys didn't have much to do at the hotel since we didn't plan on going to the them park and couldn't go swimming because of the freezing temps.

Everything was created with the kids in mind. Breakfast at the Bungalow was great.

Bed had no comforter. called to order additional warm blankets and they did not come. I called back several times and the phone kept finishing but no one picked up. There was hair found in the bathroom and bed. The floor was not swept. Creative workshop had no openings and there wasn’t an alternate activity that they could have done.

The staff truly went above and beyond to make the experience special for me and my family. Highly recommend.

Breakfast (food was good, you have to tip waiter as it is not buffet type like in other places) Food was abundant and they even offer on the go food too.

Entrance check in is horrible, it was confusing as the address that was provided by booking.com was a general location for t Legoland. I didn't like that and the pool area.
