Mixed feelings on this one. The location is great, the rooms were clean the staff was friendly but they had a lot of rookies, except Jorge I believe who was really professional. They have Vellamo bottled water which is great :)

Everything was wonderful from the moment we stepped onto the property. The staff made you feel at home. The sparkling wine reception was a lovely touch. Dinner was delicious - compliments to the chef - the staff once again were great, knowledgeable about the sauces or spices used and never rushed us.
