It is right on the beach

Nice room and easy access to the airport. Great dinner at the restaurant downstairs!

Old style. New bathroom. Spacious. 2 rooms. Loved the bedding. Staff kept my room neat and clean with fresh towels.
Could use some less-puffy pillows. Grab bars in shower. Towel rack to hang towels.

Cute old hotel built in 1916. Restaurant on main level. Room had a separate bedroom with a living room. Quiet and comfortable beds. Bath was nice. Kurig coffee maker.
This is NOT for the handicapped. There are several stairs to get in. No rooms on the first floor. No elevator. Only stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor. This was not mentioned when booking the room. Parking is on the street. The nice gentleman at the desk helped us carry everything to our room. There were no carts. No plug-ins where coffee maker was so had to make our coffee on the floor. No breakfast. Couch was uncomfortable and terribly stained. Not worth the price paid.

Everything was beautiful, a hidden gem that is wish I would have found earlier. Unfortunately I only stayed there or one night. We checked in while the dinner crowd was come into the restaurant. Really wished we didn't eat before we got there.

the old world feel in a gorgeous hotel! everything is super clean and the staff was so nice! The bar and restaurant are wonderful! amazing ocean views.

Great location by the ocean. Love the history of the building built in 1916 and the beautiful mosaic tile floors. The people were so friendly and food at the restaurant was exceptional.

Nice and cute. The sink had food in the drain, no elevator and not much in the way of sound proof. The bar was pretty loud downstairs. Cute place though.

totally ignored by what staff was available, no elevator, no ice machine,no help of any kind seems like the lodging was a second attention to the restaurant. no parking at hotel we had to go about a block away to a remote parking, very inconvenient for an 8o year old with back problems.

The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very nice.
But the location was the best I must say.
Only one issue and definitely not a deal breaker was the parking, since they are a restaurant as well it was hard to park at times.

The room’s air conditioner didn’t work and neither did the tv... we put in 2 requests to have them looked at and no one came... we spent a very stuffy uncomfortable night... will not stay there again even though our son lives on the same street

It is very close to the beach and has a view of the ocean. The town is lovely. It is close enough to Boston to visit the sites.
The rooms are above an active restaurant and the check in area is the same for hotel guests and restaurant guests. It is an older building and the rooms have wear and tear. Blinds didn't close properly so my sleep was hindered. I stayed two nights and between the first and second night the cleaning person actually threw out my toothbrush, toothpaste and deodorant.

The location is nice and clean in a quiet location and nice restaurant.
We were only given one towel for a couple with no face towels and no towel rug for the shower.
