There was hair in my bathtub, the spa tub calling needed to be replaced. The massage place was horrible went in 4 times and no one listens to the door of the bell at the desk!

Close to restaurants and Byrnes Performing Arts Center where my daughter had her dance competition.

Upon entering the lobby, there was an odor that smelled of cooking oil or something. The elevator had cardboard taped all around it. The blue tape looked old so it seemed to have been there awhile so I’m not sure what repair it was still needing. Our room looked clean, but it also had the smell of cooking oil or something odd. The next morning, someone spilled coffee in the elevator and it took awhile for it to get cleaned up.

Easy to find, lots of space.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

Lage sehr gut, sehr zuvorkommende, freundliches und schnelles Personal. Sehr sauber. Schönes in door Schwimmbad und viele Laufbänder,Stepper, Rudergeräte, war immer alleine da.

Kein Obst zum Frühstück, scrambeled eggs aus Pulver, nur Pappteller und Becher, dafür viele Muffins, Hatte schönes Zimmer zur Strasse, war recht laut.

Extra touches, pond, plants, restaurants, the pool is open, breakfast, work out room. Comfy beds and sheets also pillows.

Lack of soda machines on each floor.

Checked in late and staff was great. Friendly and accommodating.

Housekeeper walked in without knocking when we had a prescheduled late check out

It took from about 11pm to about 4am for a toilet plunger to be located and brought up to our room. It took 30 secs for me to unclog the toilet but the whole process from requesting the item hours

The staff were great. The koi ponds outside are a fun touch. 24/7 coffee was a blessing.

Our original room had been cleaned but the window was stuck open, and there was plastic covering the smoke detector. The front desk graciously upgraded our room to a kitchenette room. The elevators were a bit run down, with cardboard taped to the walls (odd) the furniture is all very dated and rooms are rather dark.

I didn’t stay there because I worked evening shift at a clinic. When I booked ( with a non-refundable fee) they said I could have a late check out. The day I was to stay, they changed and said if I checked out at the hour they agreed to, they would charge me a second night.

Very clean for an older building. All staff we interacted with were very nice. Room was clean we had a spa tub that was great as well. Loved having the convenience of the mini fridge and microwave that were in our suite.

Harder to see their sign from the main road as they’re off the street a bit. Was a little confusing but nothing horrible.

For an older facility it was very nice, rooms were good bar/restaurant were really nice and reception area.

Just a few things, were not use to staying at a Dog friendly facility, so that took a little adjustment, also a few minor things that were of no consequence.

The location and the staff were good. The building was clean and quiet.

Well, the food was very poor quality. All microwaved, below temp, and greasy. Had to dump 3/4 of it and go to a restaurant for breakfast. The mattress was of low quality and sleeping was a challenge.

It was very clean, a great stay. Staff at the front desk was courteous, friendly. Unfortunately - I overslept and missed out on breakfast. Great shower - water pressure and temperature.

The bed wasn’t clean at all, I found dirt under the pillow and I was bitten by a bedbug during the night and got a really bad allergy reaction. I’ll never return to this hotel.

Hard to find initially but otherwise great location

Breakfast had very little available and no coffee left.

Good food, breakfast person was exceptionally nice. It was a great place, all staff were very nice.

It total was so much higher than online price quoted

Wonderful service, very nice and professional greeting…, staff was amazing …,comfortable bed…, nice size room…lovely stay…

We could not find a cup of coffee, the coffee maker was missing a part…, this was not a deal breaker though…, I believe they were short staffed for the morning breakfast and coincidentally coffee was running out…, totally understand…

Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30-9am. There was not much food left for the five people that came in at 8:30. They had to ask for warm food.

Everything. Breakfast is great, and that you get HBO and can watch the newest movies.

The 200 dollars deposit that takes about 7 days to be returned to you.

The hotel is close to Seattle Premium Outlets, Walmart, Cabella's, and with an easy access to highway. Quiet location and good customer service.
