Cette établissement ne mérite pas autant d’étoiles. Il est très cher pour ce que c’est. Les chambres sont assez grandes et sympas.

Les fenêtres étaient sales, les rideaux avaient des trous, des odeurs remontaient par en dessous au niveau de la salle de bain. Il a été un petit peu compliqué d’accéder au wifi. Le matériel de la salle de sport était ancien ( salle qui était petite). La porte de la salle de bain a été bloquée (un technicien nous a été envoyé rapidement). Le prix devrait être plus bas. C’est plutôt un 3 étoiles.

We stayed two nights, before and after a cruise out of Miami. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was well located - near both the airport and the cruise terminal. The hotel was within walking distance of a few breakfast places, as well as Julia and Henry's - a 26-vendor "Food Hall." The staff was unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. They informed us that we might not want to stay in the "Executive Room" that we had booked, for the reasons I'll mention below, and they were able to switch us into a different room. The property was once a bank, so it is an interesting building.

The "Executive Room" that we booked was, we were told, for an executive traveling on business - i.e., alone. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was glass, so there was no privacy. The staff informed us of this and switched us to a different room. The new room had a proper wall, but the bathroom door was frosted class, clear enough to see the outline of one's partner stepping into the shower or sitting on the john. Not the best design choice. One of the rooms we were in had a shower with no "lip" under the door, so that the water flowed into the bathroom if one was not careful with the direction of the shower head. Another questionable design choice. Breakfast was available, but it was a bit pricey if all you want is a bagel or an egg sandwich.

Clean, kind and very helpful staff, good price, interesting building design (in a good way:) ). We stayed only 3 nights and had a car, so it is was comfortable for us for going to the beach by a car.

It is located in downtown: Turning to the one side there is construction going on and there are abandoned buildings…(not beautiful places) , but turning on the other side there is a beautiful promenade nearby.

The hotel was comfortable and reasonably well located.

The hotel person told us at check in that the breakfast was $20 less discount for guests but this was not the case. It was more expensive and no discount. The dinner was disappointing and when I mentioned this the waiter shrugged his shoulders. Didn’t care.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only there one night left for cruise the next day, but enjoyed the location since convenient access to the port and places to eat nearby.

No breakfast included Corridor at our level smelled of persistent bad odor. Rustic hotel but rather gloomy hotel due to the light. Bar close at the roof top.(under renovation) The neighborhood is not very animated and many shops are closed, with homeless people hanging around.

The location was perfect close to everything.

Half of the outlet plugs did not work in the room. So all our left overs from dinner spoiled in the mini fridge. Wife couldn’t do her hair in bathroom because plugs didn’t work. Coffee machine didn’t work so called front desk, staff came up with another didn’t work either.
