Hotel incrível! Estacionamento incluso na tarifa, quarto arrumado todos os dias, uma nespresso no quarto que fez toda diferença!
Cordialidade dos funcionários e muito confortável!
Bem localizado (para quem estiver de carro) fica a 20 - 30 min de qualquer ponto de LA.
Foi uma grata surpresa, pois não recebemos indicação de ninguém, apenas pelo booking.

The lobby is bright and clean. Everything is easy for me to deal with.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was nice enough. It wasn’t run down or unbearable
The hotel service wasn’t very good. I booked a queen bed but was give a double. There was no hand soap and the shampoo and conditioner was terrible. The sheets and carpet also felt gross. The location was very sketchy and kinda sad. The view was the left over neighborhood that just didn’t get torn down to build the hotel

The room was extremely clean and up to date
The walls are extremely thin. The people in the room above me i heard doing Everything AT ALL TIMES OF MY STAY. When asked the front desk to please phone them that they sounded like a stampede at 5a 2 days in a row. He got smart mouthed with me! Never even stated anything to the other people and made me seem as if I was the issue for trying to sleep at 5a

Nice and clean hotel in Koreatown. There are several excellent Korean restaurants in a walking distance. We also appreciated a thorough cleaning during our stay.

Met our needs for proximity to hospital. Surrounding hotels were pricey and had add-on fees. Was able to walk to a nice restaurant and also visit a convenience store.
Having a king size bed option would be nice.

Free parking in a great location. Right by restaurants and in a cool neighborhood. Very friendly staff.
The shower was a little strange and the bed was small.

The staff were rude and no idea what they were doing. They authorized a payment on my credit card for the room WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I didn't know this could be done, the card was only on file to be only charged for the $50 deposit!
Additionally, construction were happening on site, they said it would start from 10am, and I was woken up by it at 9:20am by the pounding sound.
