•I only was there for about 5 days and found 3 roaches. •Hotel only provides one roll of toilet paper so you’ll have to bring your own if you run out.

Grass was over a foot high, the pool was closed, the lobby is only open between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. and you can't get a hold of anybody, it's been a week and they still have not returned my deposit even though I cleaned my room and took all trash out when I left, the staff is very mean act like you owe them something and like they have a problem that you're checking in, entire property full of dope heads, everything Is broken and nothing is maintained horrible. hotel. They do not exchange linens or do any housekeeping whatsoever it is written on a piece of paper when you check in this is false advertising their pool is currently closed I was told

REALLY!!! You fricking ppl don’t serve no breakfast there is no check out time and staff is not there until 4-6 pm no cups in room like a normal hotel and ohhhh yeah your FRICKING toilet backed up after I took a dump SMFH in room 169 the last room I booked FREAKING DISGUSTING!!! 🤢

EVERYTHING the only thing I like is the fact that it was a 1 min drive to my daughter’s home who I came their to visit especially seeing my grandson

We were riding motorcycles and there was a Thunderstorm and heavy rain, we needed to find a place to sleep. The person who checked us in was friendly and very courtesy !

1. There was no on site personnel in office. Had we not arrived before they went home we probably would not have got our room and been billed for rooms we didn’t use. 2. one room didn’t have a blanket, we had to take sheets off one bed so the other person had some sort of covers. 3. No one responded to our text requesting a blanket for the room. 4. With no one at desk at 7AM was not able to get a receipt for check out. 5. Not enough towels 6. No mat by sliding doors to wipe feet before coming in room. It was raining we used sliding door to get luggage in and tracked the rain i to room. The floor was wet and since they said if we dirtied a towel we would be billed. we used one of our souvenir beach towels we just purchased just so we could wipe our wet shoes on 7. We could never get our room cold enough to get a good nights sleep 8. mattresses were wore out!! very soft and lumpy 9. Poor water pressure to take shower. 10. No complimentary coffee. No water cups or ice buckets

There were cockroaches in the room and hallways, no blankets on the bed - only sheets. There is a $100 fee if you don't take your own garbage to the dumpster. Another $100 fee for any noise disturbance after 10pm. No table or desk or chair in room. Bathroom not clean. Room smelled like dirty dog. Curtains hanging in room were stained. Lock on sliding door was broken, had to use a metal rod to "lock" door. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. People smoking weed all the time outside.

Paying for room bath towels. Room looks nothing like advertised pic and no furniture as advertised. Tv nor remote worked properly had to manually switch channels. No phone in room to contact front desk and not able to use number to call desk directly

Not a thing other than a sink was in the bathroom, but with that said there wasn't one outside the bathroom as shown on their website, they show desks and kitchen cabinets with a sink, microwave and fridge, it did have a fridge and microwave, no desk or kitchenette sink. There were more than enough roaches and people with dogs at the property even though they say No Pets Allowed...!!!

Leaving There Is What I Liked... and if people say they praise this place they ether work for them or thehave no personal standards for themselves...my opinion.

When we first checked in the young lady was very Rude! Then she gave us a room that had fumigation cans every where and no sheets. Then we where given a room with Roaches everywhere I would never stay here again!

That there was a sink in the bathroom

Roaches everywhere, even in the pillows, they say the property is no pets allowed, Haha people are everywhere with dogs, they state each room had a desk, I had to work off of a small dirty table or the bed. Nothing what their photos show.
