The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfy. Liked that it had an indoor and outdoor pool .

The fact that the indoor pool was right after the breakfast dining room with huge window wall so everyone was watching you. Made you feel uncomfortable. The hotel is very outdated and needs to be modernized. Wasn't the cleanist .

The breakfast was horrible. The housekeeper had to be told twice to clean our room by staff. Then the housekeeper did not leave any towels. I had to get towels myself twice. I just didn't call housekeeping services anymore. Kids were knocking on my door and running down the hall. I answered my door twice and caught the little boy 2nd time. Wifi wasn't working the day I got there and I called 2 times about it. It took to the next day to get connected.

The hot tub & heated pool were great, they also had another pool outside, I had a balcony with my room which was peaceful & relaxing with a very good view. This location was very close to restaurants & shopping.

I found 2 cups in the refrigerator that were left by someone, that was unsanitary and made me wonder about cleanliness, but everything looked clean. The website had a hot breakfast with meat, there was no meat, eggs, & minimal fruit on the bar(apples), I asked the clerk was their hot food and she said yes and named meat, eggs, and other things; they did have waffles, biscuit w/ gravy and other hot breaded items.

The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with a large countertop/vanity. Room had a microwave and small fridge, and both were clean. Location was central to everything…restaurants, shopping, public beach access, and other activities. Since it was off season, it was pretty quiet on our floor, which was great! This was our 7th stay at SummerPlace Inn. We keep coming back to this property because of the pleasant staff, cleanliness, comfort and location.

There’s a new hotel next door so you really have to pay attention to turn into the right entrance to SummerPlace Inn.

I know I sound spoiled but... no daily housekeeping, had to go to the desk for towels/wash cloths, toilet paper, soap, no one ever came to empty the trash, no extra bags in the cann when I took the trash out, no extra bags for ice bucket ...

Close to the beach and restaurants. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Needs better cleaning; sat in the lobby and all the tables had drink “rings”; the pool area was littered with food from the breakfast; a dirty bandage for 2 days; and a family was allowed to cook and eat food in the pool area where it was clearly marked - “No food Allowed”. We had some sort of black stuff in our bathroom on the floor upon arrival. Couldn’t see out of the windows they were so dirty. The facilities were all very nice as well as the decor — just needs to be cleaned!
