Room was clean and well decorated.
Room was a connecting room with a shared door. Our neighbors came in late and were very loud. You could hear what they were saying and didn't quite down until about 3 am. The room was very tight and hard to move around in without bumping into things.

Each floor needs it's own ice machine.

Loved the view, hot tub, room size. Staff was friendly
The pullout couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. The window in the bathroom is not a good thing. Any time you turn on the light in the bathroom, it makes the entire hotel room light and wakes people up.

Loved the room! It was perfect for a true day of rest and relaxation. Our room was extremely spacious it had everything one could want or need. We are on a 2 week road trip and this place was by far our favorite. I was able to catch up on laundry in our room, make a home cooked hot meal for the family in the spacious kitchen and at the end of the day I sat in our private hot tub on the balcony watching the sunset over the mountains. It was just what we needed.

The staff here were exceptional! They really went out of their way to make certain we had answers to all of our questions and that we knew where we were going. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel!

The staff was lovely. The Hot tub, bed, fire place, kitchen and bath tub were all incredible!
Easy to access and close to many things. Can’t wait to go back!
I don’t love that there’s no breakfast or room service food options.
The TV is the worst part of the room, but not a deal breaker by any means.

We loved the size of the room and the kitchen. We were the most excited about the hot tub on the deck. We had a great experience.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was very firm and the sheets and pillowcases weren't very soft.

We were able to upgrade our room and enjoyed the amenities, including the private hot tub and corner location. Enjoyed the view of the mountains, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would definitely consider rebooking in the future! The staff was kind enough to let us have a late check out. Thank you so much! 😉
There was a slight issue with the washer, but we reported, and they will take of it. However, it wasn't serious enough to stop us from doing laundry. The shelves in the kitchenette are very high. Would have liked a step stool to reach them, as we are short! Lol. Access to a broom would have been helpful as well. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay!

hot tub on the balcony was such a treat. loved daily house keeping service. getting chats was handy. easy checkout. next to many restaurants and the indoor / outdoor pool was rad.
a few simple things were off like we kept running out of toilet paper, maybe keep a couple extra, our hot tub was empty on one of the days but was fixed quickly.

Very nice resort. We got the suite, comes with a full kitchen. The jacruzzi is a really nice touch. It's close to all the ski resorts. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back.

Great heated indoor-outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, big outdoor hot tub. Many rooms have a private hot tub on the balcony. great before and after day on the ski slopes!
20 min drive to the Ski slopes at Park City, but Canyons is only 10min

It was a very relaxing stay for our anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful and every thing was very clean!
We wish the hot tub could be turned up hotter, but it was still very nice and we had lots of fun!
