The TV channels. Nice size room.

How close to highway it was, I heard every 18 wheeler passing. The paper thin walls. I heard neighbors and water running everytime it was turned on.

The property was nice the room was very clean and the customer service was outstanding not to forget the breakfast was wonderful I will be back

Staff there was so nice. Manager did her best to help with our problem and was very gracious about it . Hotel was attractive and very nice workout room and pool. Room had Wi-Fi and nice selection on the TV(even though I don't watch TV much). Bed was comfortable and air worked very well

The room had been smoked in and I am allergic to smoke. The manager was very helpful and came to the room and put something in the unit to help with the smell but I am allergic not just don't like the smell, My sinus cavities close up and I can't breath. The manager was very nice and did her best. I do realize that they can't be in the rooms to patrol what a customer does even when there are signs posted. I truly appreciate her willingness to help and understanding. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to others and we will go back again when we come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Property has a few cosmetic flaws, but nothing that interferes with your stay. It is VERY clean and the staff is wonderful! My kiddos LOVED the indoor pool as well. Will stay again if back in the area.

The staff was friendly but very short staffed.

I had to clean my own room when I arrived at the hotel due to coming for out of town with my kids and no other room available understand being short staff due to pandemic but the manager only offered and 15% discount I'm not one to argue but this hotel should be ashamed because they just took free money. Services was not up to par. had to go to Walmart and buy bleach and other household item to clean rings out of the tub on my vacation will not recommend this hotel again HOPE YOUR PROUD OF YOURSELF

It was newly built

Not enough parking and the heat was on in the hotel and the price was extremely high and the ac in the room did not work.

The beds are very high off the ground. I found it very difficult to get in; I actually purchased a small stool to use to assist us.
