Vicinity to the conference, the beautiful mural outside the window, the waterfront walkway
The lighting in the room. Too many lamps that didn’t put out enough light. Hard to adjust. 1 lamp was broken

Consistently, pillows at the Westin are not very comfortable. Also, no mini bar in the suite, nor microwave.

Pretty lobby with a convenient Starbucks downstairs.
The bed is terrible, very uncomfortable mattress. Service was also sub par. We went downstairs asking for some champagne flutes. They didn't have any but said they would have room service bring some right up. It took them 2.5 hours to get us the glasses. Housekeeping didn't clean our room two days in a row.

location. certain staff members were helpful
some of the staff combative regarding internet, some of extra bedding provided seemed very unsanitary. I have pictures provided. The picture of the blanket was identical on 3 additional blankets requested.

music sound on Saturday night from the bar above the Italian restaurant was heard up to the 7th floor, corner rooms. music stayed till 2 am which made it difficult to go to sleep.

well positioned, staff exceptional.
I could have had a better view. the place was very empty when I first arrived and it should have been made available if a better view would cost more.
additionally, I didn’t realize the place was pet friendly and my allergies were triggered.
