From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, it was great! The staff was so welcoming and polite, and our suite was spotless! The atmosphere of being lakeside was wonderfully relaxing. We will surely stay again!

No sit down breakfast

Clean, kept up well. Pool area was beautiful.

They charge you extra if you want to check in before 4, charge extra for parking. No microwave in room and tv did not work.

Staff lieing to me

We had a wonderful stay at your location! The infinity pool and outdoor dining were our favorites!

There wasn’t a microwave available in the room, but no biggie.

The location and view and pool are amazing. Close to what looks like and up and coming area with great surronding restaurants and venues. And Kudos to the gentelman who worked the front desk and helped me in the gift shop my first night there. Very nice kind and helpful.

One I love the pool. And the view. The area is a little too small though. Wish there was more room up top. We sat at the bottom which was ok for us and by no means I don't mind the steps to go up and swim, but....for others it could see the inconvience. Plus a lot of those outside tables near the pool take up way too much space for those who can't get the spot up top. Now your lounging around with people at the tables eating. Uncomfortbale. Two, I had gone into the bar to get a drink as I was by the pool area. I had my bathing suit top on with my shorts. No one was at the bar at the time I went in, but caught the attention of the bartender standing behind me. She was came right over as she saw me and was nice when approached, however, what I didn't care for was her looking me up and down at how I was dressed. I apologize if you aren't allowed to enter that way I didn't see a sign saying otherwise, no body parts were haning out, but the look said it all and I almost walked out, but I took the high road got my drink and even gave her a tip she did not deserve Wish I would have seen her name, but that was enough for me not to want to patronize.

The misunderstanding about the parking. The sign said $14.00 for parking which was by the covered parking lot so I didn’t park there. I parked in the open regular parking area understanding that there was no charge. But I got charged anyway. I travel a lot and never had to pay for parking unless it’s a special area in this case a covered area. I didn’t think that was right, especially with traveling/price of gas, so far to stay at your hotel. If noticed during my stay that a lot of adults just sat or stood around. Just a Suggestion would be set horse shoe areas or cornhole areas in the grass yard for activity involvement.

I liked the view from the room, the ease of accessibility to the water and the ability to walk to some local attractions from the hotel. I also enjoyed the food - the ability to get a food voucher when we did not have our towels/sheets cleaned was a great incentive.

Breakfast included would be nice - even a simple breakfast with some coffee and bagels.

The staff could've been friendlier. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The room ,the view ,the staff were all excellent.

Both the outdoor and indoor pools were much smaller than expected. However,they were still very nice.The hot tub was also a big plus.

Nothing was included you had to pay for everything. I was fortunate to have the parking fee waived because they were not able to give a room with a view. Children were loud, when trying to sleep.

Staff was super friendly. Everyone from front reception, security, food service, housekeeping, were extremely warm and welcoming.

Too many young children in the swimming area. The early morning (6am to 8am) or adult swim (after 10 pm) were only times the hottub and pool were not over run with families.

Not clean enough / pool area needed cleaned up / dirty towels everywhere.

Location is excellent, rooms very nice, staff friendly, nice walks along the bay, beautiful sunset, easy parking, nice bistro breakfast (but should have been included at that price for the room :)

The indoor pool was surprisingly small. (Didn't see the outdoor one.)

The grounds were stunning, the room was so clean and very comfortable, and the views were amazing!

They hotel was very clean and the staff were a great help, very polite. The views were beautiful and the pool was gorgeous!

The room didn't have additional linen for the pull out sofa bed.

We always stay here on our way from the East Coast to Chicago. Lovely location, great staff, lovely rooms with good bathrooms, easy parking, very convenient and high quality restaurant on site. Always look forward to our visit.
