The beds were very comfortable and shower was nice

I asked for a table and chairs so kids could eat on and I wanted a street view I hated our view

Close proximity to the boardwalk, inexpensive. Nice staff. They let us check in early because we have a baby which was really appreciated.

The photos showed an outdoor lounge area that doesn’t exist, the floors in the room were filthy.

Everything else. Faulty and extremely loud fire alarm system repeatedly turned on throughout the day and night. Despite being promised by staff member Mona that the matter was resolved, but in truth, it was not. We were repeatedly woken up at night due to these faulty alarms. The two beds were inside a super tiny room suitable for one bed and certainly not two beds. Although the hotel was brand new, I would not recommend it at all.

This is the worst motel, I and my wife have ever stayed at, you think it can't be that bad and it's so much worse, no one should ever stay here you will have a terrible stay with certainty, from the walls to the floor everything is sticky and stained, the room could barely fit two beds one bed blocked the door by 3 inches and had to me moved to enter, the door jam was busted as though forceful entry was made at one point and never fixed along with the inside lock, I had to buy a lock and put it on myself, holes in the wall with exposed insulation, the toilet would not flush completely and the staff could not fix it we had to deal with it, within minutes of being in our room we hear the fire alarm from the hallway going off as smoke is filling our room, we had to grab the kids and run for the door, due to a lack of cleaning the dryer vents, a dryer had caught on fire and we were all exposed to major smoke, I noticed that the smoke alarm did not go off on the room we were occupying and that's because it was in a drawer and not affixed to the ceiling, also there is no CO2 alarm which could prove fatal being that they have a large natural gas boiling system, per code it is needed to have co2 alarms, everybody's life is in danger at this motel, everyone should stay away from this place but if you have children you must stay away for they're own safety
