The property was not the biggest issue it was management.

I dislike how management handled the situation concerning our room because the air was not working properly. We did get another room later that night.

Wasn’t allowed an early check in. Bed was hard as a brick. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work and shower rod was held together with duct tape

The lady at the front desk was super awesome

Didn’t like the idea of carpet in a pet friendly hotel

Very loud overnight with no soundproofing. Towels were small.

property was nice and clean. the staff and their exceptional customer service made the most difference

I was a little far out from when I thought it was when booking. not I didn’t have lots of traffic. there were a few choices to eat but not like a city near Nashville

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and had everything that's listed in the room I will stay again when I travel through. Cleanliness is something I worry about when traveling and this hotel was nice.It's reasonable at price too.

I have no complaints

The breakfast was standard, but the food was good and fresh The room was very clean, no bugs, dirt, hair, mold or stains. The room smelled good, as did the lobby and elevator. We stayed one night, checked in late and left early the next day, so I can't comment on the pool or exercise room. This hotel is located in just the right area for us to stop on our way , and we'll stay there everytime we make this trip. EXCELLENT value for the money!

Temp control in our room was not great. The bed was too close to the a/c unit, which caused the bed to absorb a lot of the warm air . But not a big problem --something we run into at a lot of places. The unit worked well.

Way overpriced. Definitely not a $200/night room, but they admitted to jacking up the price due to events that weekend. And then ALSO charged a pet fee! Won’t make the mistake of staying there again.
