That I could have my dogs with me

I was confirmed for a king bed and sofa bed, they did not honor that. They gave me two queen beds. The pool was green until the day before we left. We were the 5 days/4 nights. And the front desk guy never wanted to help us. I asked for a sponge to wash dishes with and he said they didn't have anything. The next day another front desk person got one for me. That same guy never wanted to help with any requests.

The cleaning lady's and janitor. I was there a week.

I checked out a day early. And never got paid back. I was told couldn't do cash..and it was back on my card. I called after I left and said I didn't see it on card. They told me on not to worry it was there. This is after. I had my card run four times. I told them upon checking in I was paying cash. After I got emails saying my card was declining the hotel..I went down and talked to lady at front desk..she lied and said it was the software just running the card and will until paid. I paid cash then. I was leaving a day early and the guy who was there to check me in. Had put the note I was paying cash at end..told me no software wouldn't keep running card, because he had put a note on it. Then lady there to help him check me out. And said she was the supervisor and would have to check me out.

It was fine, I only had an English muffin one day. Coffee was great. Location was fine.

Elevator ringed on every floor...really loud

The look of it and for the money it could have been much better..Durry suites had the same price hot breakfast and looked better.
