I like the quietness of the hotel. We weren't disturbed by the highway traffic and were close to all what we needed.

There was only one thing I didn't like but it was a personal preference but the mattress cover on the bed makes me sweat.

The location was great. The breakfast was grab-a-bag and go.

The room should have been cleaner ! Housekeeping did not clean our room even though we requested it.

Broken lock on door, black dirt on door,broken fridge, dirty bathroom, hidden off the road next to abandoned business, strange people around abandoned building did not feel safe at all. I left and got a hotel down the street.

Breakfast left something to be desired. Bed was very comfy. Room was large and very clean. Close to local attractions.

There was nothing to complain about.

It was very convenient for going to see the Ark Encounter and it was nice for it to be easy to find and get to. The room was very nice. It's obvious that it is an older motel, but the updates are very very nice.

There really wasn't anything not to like.

I feel it was overpriced for what it was. There was a light outside the room ( every room) that kept the room from being dark. hard to sleep if use to dark room. Breakfast not available. They only make a certain amount and they were out by 9:00am. I heard the housekeeping staff fighting about who was going to clean what room and who was going to wash the sheets. This went on for 30 minutes or so.

The breakfast was ok. It was a grab bag that you had to take back to your room, but not everyone likes the same thing. We never had house keeping come in and check the trash or leave fresh towels and we stayed 3 nights. We also found a sandwich in our refrig. (a breakfast sandwich) from no telling when.

Perfect location. Easy access to The Ark. nice to have the bag breakfast, but prefer cold cereal to the microwave breakfast egg sandwich. Frito, muffin and juice was just fine. Nice clean floors. Great upgrade to not have carpet.

A rug at the door to enter maybe. Hope it wouldn’t cause people to be tempted to steal them though. 😔😔

after see there was a hot breakfast served—we found out there was a frozen sandwich-muffin & an apple in a bag for breakfast. They stated the breakfast area was being remodeled.

We found the motel clean and comfortable for a short stay to go to the Ark. It was so close and the Mexican restaurant across the street was excellent. The bag breakfast was so good and really convenient for a quick breakfast to start our day. For the money, it was a great value. Would definitely stay again.

The sofa and chair are very old and stained. Needs replacing.

Excellent location for Ark Experience...

The Bathrooms were way too small... could not hardly turn around to shut the door.... Advertised Continental Breakfast but get a sack snack... considering that price is too high.....

Overall the place was in need of an update. Did not care for the bagged breakfast you picked up at the front desk every morning.

Clean, quiet, located just across from the Ark Encounter - the purpose for our stay. Facility appeared to be recently updated. Very nice staff.

No complaints. Room could use a little more lighting but would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone going to visit the Ark Encounter.
