Location was perfect for us. Lots of amenities close by.
Breakfast bar in the lobby and was great.
The bed sheets were very stiff and rough.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, Glaswand in der Dusche, Top Lage für meine Zwecke. Sehr gutes Restaurant.
Lüftung/ Heizung ist sehr laut. Starke Staubablagerungen an den Lüftungsschlitzen, Wände sind recht schlecht gedämmt

Attractive property. Good location. Staff was friendly
Toilet was VERY low like for a 6 year old child. It should be updated to a higher toilet suitable for adults with bad knees. The bed made a lot of noise every time you moved and especially when someone got out of bed.
Breakfast offerings were poor.

The bathrooms, the rooms were cleaned well. Staff was very polite.
The beds were kind of loud and not the most comfortable and I wish the tvs were bigger.

Modernized hotel, very clean. Lots to do just on the property itself. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable. However the beautiful room made up for that!

Really nice 4 Star hotel. Always clean and well kept. Traditional upscale decor. Great restaurant on site. Spa onsite. The price is exactly right for the property and services.
In my opinion, the followng reasons are why they are not higher in the Star rating -- they don't provide 24hr guest room dining services and the neighbourhood isnt a City or Town centre. But this is a great hotel!

Brian at the front desk was fabulous and professional.
We had to change rooms twice because of uncleanliness. The third room was also filthy, but it we were tired of changing rooms.

Everything was exceptional except break fast. That spoiled the taste.
Break fast was a joke !. We expect American Break fast in America not a cheap continental break fast.

everything! from the Christmas decor, to the friendly staff, amazing bar and restaurant.The ability to use both card an payment and a smooth check in and out process. If you raise a concern this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at that quickly resolves the issue or give you options

Rooms are very nice and clean. Nice Connected restaurants so you can enjoy dinner without leaving hotel.
Room walls are thin and with not much sound dampening. You can hear clearly folks next door talking at a normal level.

the website stated not breakfast but it was not. it was grab and go continental. this is not during a Covid surge.
