Nice hotel, nice - real- breakfast, very convenient to our destination (family) & across the street from a terrific coffee shop: Nervous Dog.
Staff was very helpful in moving us after a first night when pounding noise - source still not determined - kept us awake most of the night.
We initially had a room on the 4th floor as requested. Around midnight a pounding noise above/near our room started and continued on and off the rest of the night, keeping us up most of the time. I went down to the front desk at about 3 am, fellow offered to move us then or in the am. Decided to wait till morning tho didn't get much sleep. Still puzzling over the source of the noise; staff didn't know or figure it out either. We've stayed in rooms on other side of the hallway in the past without incident.

Front desk staff was great at check-in and check-out. Very clean and well kept overall. I’m a fan of the tv’s that allow you to login to your own streaming accounts.

The tv was not working and because I was not a Marriott member and booked thru a third party they said they couldn't do anything about it.

Front desk clerk was very pleasant. Room was very clean and shower was roomy. We loved the 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast was a nice variety and very clean. Location was close to restaurants and the Cuyahoga valley park.
A few more towels in the room would have been nice. We were hiking and showered often.

Good location for me needs, comfortable overall and clean.
The room blinds were inadequate to block out the glaring parking lot lights. Pipes from upper floors seemed to flow nearby making it easy to hear water running in the night. there was a gap around the door you could see light through. These are all fundamental building flaws that can’t be fixed, just being too cheap at the outset.

Clean, good breakfast, strong wifi
Very noisy air condition. After complain at the desk hotel stuff only sticked a label saying air condition should work non stop. Can ´t be switched off. No comment.

we were supposed to have a room with a couch for my space and we didn’t have that.

Everything was great. Clean,quiet roo.s. Staff was very helpful. They had excellent breakfast buffet. Also they have coffee and tea all day. Lots of restaurants too.
