Great location right across from Marconi Beach. Big rooms. Beautiful grounds. These people do a wonderful job maintaining all aspects of their property. I took a gamble making a res because I had never been there. Well folks I hit the jackpot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Overall exceptional experience. Good bed, room was very clean, property was very clean, very quiet and service was excellent. Very comfortable from beginning to end. I would recommend Southfleet Motor Inn.

There was a mistake with room and staff helped us out with rollaway bed. We needed ketchup they gave us a bottle. We needed late checkout they gave us until noon!!!

Super friendly staff, and the rooms were large. They allowed my friends and I to keep our bikes inside the large room since it was raining outside.

The location was good , on route 6 ,close to Wellfleet Center and Pier ( about 1-2 miles) P-Town ( about 15 min or so if that) , Eastham and other town locations. Across the street from entrance to Marconi beach (Very,very long walk (to me)). Restaurants nearby. Indoor pool was nice and warm. Rooms good size ( King room 1 traveler) Had outdoor pool, playground, barbeque tented area . Several other hidden or less known beaches nearby for beach combing when tide is out. Grounds are very good. Overall its an okay place.

I did not like the security of the door. Very shaky and flimsy so to speak. Had physical key, not card key. Had key to lock one door, not deadbolt (2 locks, 2 keys, only had one key). No flip latch inside on door for "protection". Room didnt smell "fresh". it was dark, dank and somewhat musty with an old cigarette smell. Multiple lamps . Although the bed was adequate, It didnt look like the pictures. No bedspread on bed, only sheet and blanket. Sheets were multi colored ranging from pink to white to off white in different shades, wrinkled, and the sheets smelled like someone else slept there before me or they just got them out of storage. Nasty. Not clean and fresh. Didnt want to sleep in it .Not what Im used to(former travel agent) and I have stayed in a variety of hotels. I can go with the flow but I would like clean bedding. Motel needs upgrades and renovation but again adequate. No breakfast., even though other hotels and motels are serving it. Customer service at desk should actually ask "how was your stay,did you have any problems or concerns" instead of saying"have a good one".after I gave the key back. No, I wouldnt stay there again. I only paid 62.00 a night plus tax, you get what you paid for. I shouldnt be to picky but then again, I want a clean bed. Its not (Motel) horrible by no means, Review is conflicting, but not for me though.
