It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The decor was updated and appealing.

Awesome breakfast
Noise from the street and we were on the fourth floor.

Conveniently located. Clean, easy to get to. Ample parking. Great room, good comfortable bed. Nice pillows, great bathroom. Friendly staff and an inviting look. We walked to dinner and you can walk to the river. Location is great. They were accommodating with us parking our motorcycle under cover. Always appreciate that!
Coffee is not great. Breakfast is breakfast. No view except city streets but it is what it is. Not a selection of water for sale and once in for the night we did not want to find a Kwik Trip.

Location downtown convenient for walking to bars or restaurants for dinner.
Because of the location right next to the bridge it was a little noisy in the morning.

Loved the room, very clean
We asked for housekeeping to come in and clean, they dropped off toilet paper and towels and never even came in the room

Children were running and yelling through the hallways playing on the stairs & elevator very noisy

The pillow in the rooms were not very comfortable at all.

I liked how clean the building was room, hallway and elevators very nice. Also everything was up to.
I did not like the shower , for a handicap unit very difficult for someone to stand in the shower Other than that very nice

The breakfast options are one of the best in the area as far as continental breakfast is concerned.
They did not change my room when I requested it after being there. couple of days because the toilet didn’t work properly…

The bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Large bottles attached to shower wall. No little bottles good for the environment
The room wea not cleaned which is fine I agree with you can use a towel twice but the room wasn't replenished by that I mean I like a cup of coffee in the morning in my room. I drank the 1 on the first morning garbage wasn't emptied

room was super spacious, the hallways and room were super clean and the staff was super friendly!
