Bed was comfortable

Old facility tub drained very slowly. Clientele low class. Over-priced. Pathetic breakfast.

Two hotels in one building, the old dirty side is the Econolodge. Bathroom light didn’t work, TV didn’t work, dirty. We did not stay and asked for a refund. went somewhere else.

The beds were very comfortable and it was very convenient to where we needed to be, easy to get back to 371. The size of the room was great and the water pressure was good in the shower.

The toilet didn't flush but every once in a while and the phone was dead. We also got no housekeeping service, no towels were taken or replaced and garbage bins had not been emptied, nor had beds been made. Maybe we were supposed to request that? I don't know. When we left the second morning to our days activities and returned at night, our lights were all on (and I made a point to turn them off) and our AC was turned off when we had turned it on so it could be nice and cool when we returned. I don't usually like to complain and I realize this was a cheaper motel, so we didn't expect the Hilton.

Lock to outside door did not work. Bedding, while clean, was threadbare and had holes in areas. Bed was clearly old and worn out, very uncomfortable. Carpet was removed in some areas of the hallway. Hallways had a strong odor, luckily the room did not smell. Breakfast options were lacking, and the second morning they had no milk for the cereal.

Dirty room .. had to ask for it to be vacuumed ...... the "locked door" exit lock was broken resulting in a unlocked door that anyone could walk in ..

Motel was very rundown and needs a tremendous amount of up dating. Advertised breakfast but no breakfast was available.

very poor air quality-worse using ac or fan. therefore unable to have freah or comfortable room. felt toxic. unable to sleep or properly take care of myself or disabled/terminal brother prior to our fathers funeral the next day unable to get refund was disgusting and felt completely taken advantage of. there was no offer of handicapped equipment/bath chairs for bathroom despite unavailable handicapped room
