It was nasty. When I went to walk in I had to ring the ring doorbell. Dirt on the floor drop ceiling was falling down. I sat waiting 15 mins to get a room but nobody came to the front desk. I would recommend not staying here. How they are still in business i have. The only plus thing was when the receptionist called me she was really nice. I canceled both rooms but I will have to check and see if I was still charged.

The receptionist was really nice on the phone and apologized for how my attempted stay was. Even offer a discount if I do ever stay, will never get a discount cause I'll never stay there.

The hotel sits right on the Sabine River once you cross the bridge from Louisiana to Texas. Trees and water make this location serene. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff (Barbara) was super sweet.

I enjoyed my room, it was very comfortable and the facility was clean. The staff was really helpful, especially Karen. She gave me good pointers on where to go to eat etc.

There was no microwave and the vending machines were out of order.

No Breakfast!...No Microwave! Remodel in process, was told do not have microwave ovens, two rooms either side had microwaves!

Nothing. I've stayed in many hotels. This was the worst

Room smelt moldy. Tile lose on floors. Towels were dingy. No tv cable was out. Every night about midnight sounded like they were remodeling the rooms above us. Wont ever stay there again. Oh yeah. No coffee or continental breakfast in the morning.

Not sure if the faculty is under renovation. Looked really run down. Lobby smelt bad. Vending machine empty Room was nearly empty. No mirror. Water pressure non existent. Only plus was the staff. Attentive. Courteous and helpful. Doesn’t overcome the visuals of the place
