Was unable to stay, front desk said they were full and no rooms. Still charged my CC!!
Unable to stay, they were booked full! Front desk was rude and said it was our problem

The layout of the room and the hotel proximity to our destination were great.
There was a bit of schmutz on the table next to the sofa, so that's why cleanliness wasn't rated perfect. The staff gave us the wrong room -- twice -- but were very apologetic and kind.

everything was very nice. I just unfortunately had a room with somebody had their TV very loud nearby till 1 AM so I didn’t get much sleep.

Everything was great except internet connection/cell coverage in room.

Nice room. clean and comfortable bed. Great location.
No real food service available except for TV dinners and snacks in hotel. There were restaurants available in walking distance but not great on a rainy evening.

Good location to be near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. There is a Starbucks in the hotel that serves a $12 breakfast that is a bit overpriced but excellent food that can be made to order. There is a hotel and hot tub on the first floor that actually has a hot hot tub! Nice lay out and decorations in room.
The beds aren’t very comfortable so I didn’t sleep well. The air conditioner makes a horrible noise like something is stuck in it or fan is broken.
