The rooms had plenty of space for 4 adults , very clean , hot tub was amazing, staff were extremely helpful and polite the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great thank you for accommodating my group we will be back for sure
The bed was a little too firm but clean

I liked the clean room.
I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THE SHEETS WERE THE ONLY CLEAN ITEMS. THE BLANKET AND THE OTHER TOP BEDDING WASNT WASHED AFTER THE LAST PERSON STAYED IN THE ROOM. I ASKED IF THE BEDDING WAS CLEAN AND IF THE BLANKETS WERE WASHED DAILY SHE SAID NO! SO ONLY THE SHEETS ARE WASHED DAILY. HOW UNSANITARY IS THAT!!

Breakfast and location to town was excelent. The only downside was none of the rooms were handicap accessable.

Our stay with the Bay Inn was great! And even though the breakfast was Juice, bagles, cereal and coffee..it was the best food we had in Tawas. The big boy and the barnacle bill bar was terrible.
Honestly maybe just some larger sized towels for pool use but everything was pretty great!

Nice and quiet.
Hot tub was closed down. Small pool. Breakfast was very limited. Stiff pillows. No alarm clock. Room is plain and boring.

Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed a fruit option. Pillows were comfy. Pool area was clean.
No hand soap in the rooms. I would have enjoyed fresh fruit at breakfast!

Location and cleanliness of the room and lobby.
The hot tub had rust stains or calcium deposits…pool looked cloudy

Facility was dated and could use a bit of upgrading. The tub surround was looking very distressed.

Didn’t get a chance to visit the pool area but the breakfast was good.
