tables outside in front courtyard were filthy- never wiped down! noisy above us , floor 3. cushions on sofa in courtyard were dirty

James, at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Conveniently located.

The staff were polite, respectful and worked very hard to meet the needs of each customer that I witnessed during my stay. They hustled, which is not very often witnessed lately.

Only one rash can in room/bathroom.

This hotel was very dated. The walls were so thin I could hear the conversations clearly all over and foot steps sounded like they were coming thru. We were unable to sleep from this. For a $300 a night room I expected a lot more. The name of the hotel is the only thing that is premium and honestly their corporates should look into it.

The outdoor grill fire pit area was great.

The breakfast needed tweaking.

Guests next door were slamming doors, knocking on doors, loud tv, loud talking. This went on up until the time we left at 1:30am.
