The night staff was a life saver. We evacuated from Tampa and had a hotel mix up and the night staff were so helpful in helping us get a room for a couple of nights and even went to the point to try and find availability to extend our stay because she knew we were struggling to find other accommodations.

I was there on AUG 2-4 2024 I really enjoyed my stay, The breakfast was great everything was good. I had a little problem but the Lady at front counter took great care of me .

O cafe da manha era bastante variado com boas opcoes. Boas condicoes gerais do quarto e do hotel.

Para acesso a praia e necessario utilizar o carro.

The room was very clean

The pool had a lot of leaves and bugs in it . So my kids where not able to swim . And there wasn’t a roll away bed available.

Breakfast was great

Price I was told to pay 200 dollars. I thought the price rate was set

It could have been much better your coffee was too strong and the selection for breakfast was limited, it wasn't the type of breakfast I expected.

I didn't received my military discount , and when I made my reservation it was from the 11th of August to the 14th and it wasn't entered as requested. The dates that was entered was from the 12th to the 14th and this wasn't what I requested.
