Staff and room were comfortable. Breakfast was typical but presented more attractively than most, and breakfast area was relaxing rather than crowded and grubby.

We were unable to reach the hotel directly when I needed to ask a question (we had already purchased our room on March 6), and ended up talking to a third party reservation service. They "solved our problem" by booking a room and charging us for another room (they couldn't find our Booking Number). Turns out the phone number I had called had purchased a spot on the Homewood suites listing online. However, they never told me that, took the opportunity to deceive me, and charged me for another room. When the Lili at the Homewood Suites in Cathedral City realized what had happened she had took care of making the problem right between us and the phony ResServ . Deceitful practice by the 3rd party!! (have not received the credit yet, AND I was required to pay the $20 service fee by ResServe)

The property was nice. It was conveniently located to quite a few different restaurants, hiking areas.

It was a bit noisy after hours, but I really can’t blame them. It was Coachella weekend, which I totally completely forgot about.

Meals were good. Fresh.

No complaints. Maybe a jacuzzi...

Got stuck in bathroom several times (unprofessional lock/unlock mechanism). Construction ongoing in the facility and hence very noisy. The manager wasn't very accommodating in our planned changes to the itinerary. The facility is old and not very clean and the price was too high, not worth the accommodation.

Under construction/remodeling, some areas of facilities were closed e.g. fitness center. Too much noises after 10pm from upstairs units, fire pit gatherings at nighttime. Multiple attempts reaching out to the manager on site but never heard anything back. Not valuable for what we paid. Had much better experience at much lower price hotels or motels. Not meet expectations, especially how staff and manager handled our issues. Not recommended

I REALLY did not like the fact that the television and its cable television setup was so outdated and looked very grainy and poor. Lastly, charging for premium or good WIFI Internet needs to be a thing of the past. It’s absurd.

Amazing place very nice staff and great food

The room was big and beautiful and clean. The breakfast was amazing with a lot to choose from. The staff was very professional and accommodating and friendly.

I did not like the wasting of water when it came to the gardening and landscaping. There were a lot of water spigots or drips valves that water trees and shrubs that were not working and therefore water was shooting straight up in the air watering concrete. So many, it was a waste of water. I also did not like being charged for parking!!!

Very old hotel which did not match the photos at booking.com at all The room was dirty, the furnitures filled with stains and there were hairs everywhere. The TV didn't work for more than a few seconds at a time and the internet was unstable. The breakfast was not at all COVID friendly and people behaved badly We were happy to leave and will never return

Building was old, was hot throughout property with a bad smell, swimming pool was dirty and small. Swimming pool looked much bigger in pictures and breakfast was ok. They charge you $10 a day for parking when parking lot is huge with no security. Plus they're hidden fees that are not disclosed until your arrival. Too expensive for a mediocre stay,will not return.

The room was very comfortable and clean. And their breakfast was amazing they had a wonderful selection and the food was great. The pool area was very clean And it was wonderful for the barbecues and place for kids to play as well the whole stay was just very nice. I definitely look forward to going back there again.
