There was a water main leak in our area and our home had NO water. We made a late reservation at this hotel in our town. I called to let the staff know we would be checking in late. From that phone call to the time we left the next morning, the staff was exceptional. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. I can't say enough about how enjoyable the experience was!

The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable.

Honestly, everything during our stay was wonderful. We did feel that our expenses for just one night, considering the location, was a bit high.

The location was wonderful. Everything was very clean and everybody was very friendly. I would definitely come back to stay.

The bed was uncomfortable, too hard, and it would have been nice to get clean towels when the room was being serviced.

I was disappointed that the trash wasn't emptied everyday. We were there 2 days with no housekeeping. Otherwise our stay was very good. Would stay there again

Breakfast was simple but decent. The room was clean

The front deck clerk lady was non communitive from check-in. I asked for another blanket for the pullout because the lil mattresses springs were poking thru and she repeated there was one in the closet in room and i said repeatedly yes i was using that one to cover with. Well she made a mockery of my needs infront of another guest. I told her 3 or 4 times I just needed it to fold over the springs to sleep and she treated me like I was living and was just going to walk out with it or something. After repeating myself and pleading for the blanket she huffed and said she would check if she had one and brought it to me then made sure she told the whole lobby loudly to me that she was placing it on my room number as to alert whoever. Then I needed to get a couple of plates from the breakfast area for my kids to eat pizza and others were getting plastic ware and such but when she seen me she locked the doors so I had to ask her if I could get some napkins and she said she didn't have any that there were those paper towels in the bathroom. This lady had it in for me. She didn't have a name tag and she made me so mad I forgot to ask her name but she has the desk at night.

not enough storage space

The location of this hotel is awesome. So many places around to eat, get coffee and gas up. The hotel went over and beyond to be sure our room was up to our expectations. Kevin , at this location sent me several text messages to check and see if our room was okay. The breakfast at the hotel was great, clean and very quiet and organized.

We liked everything

That we couldn't close the drapes to shut out the outside lights.
