I booked because of the price and because it had a fitness center and I only needed a treadmill which there was one in their pictures. Well the fitness center is extremely small, the treadmill was broken and then I said well I can use the elliptical, well it was broken also. The room was clean except the carpets, the hall carpets had stains also. Everything was old looking.

The fan in the bathroom was very very loud it was uncomfortable. And the A/C was also not very good, it also was noisy. You could also have made up the room in the next morning.. Doubt I will want to stay there on my next visit.

Room good; Staff great. 2nd night workers next door worked on flooring all night little sleep; 3rd might noisexabout 9 - 9:45 seems to be a tad quieter now i called front desk as it sounds likectgdcwijersxsfsin; was advised room had occupant maybe they care getting settled and will quiten down soon - walks are apparently wuitecthjn. Overall my stay is satisfactory and i would stay again

bathroom door too close to entry door. Didn’t offer hot breakfast . Cleaner didn’t clean anytime during our stay.

Great stay, went to watch our daughter play basketball with Special Olympics. Room was clean and very relaxing. They did a fantastic job. Was a little nervous, had never been to this part of Florida. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Just that there was a scent as we entered our room , which smelt like a cleaning solution that may have used by housekeeping ? . It did not stay around for long though .

Dirty- it smelled very bad. The room was not clean, used gum stuck to the nightstand. Everything we touched was sticky.

Clean room, like the fridge and microwave

As a disabled person I was too far away from breakfast. I couldn't make the walk with my walker for breakfast. Would gave been good to. Have some deliverable menus

We were a late arrival. The front desk confirmed our reservation and had us checked in quickly. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were clean. We slept through breakfast, but it was offered. I'd stay again.

I reserved a queen suit but when I arrived they said they had a bad water leak and had to downgrade me and hope that was ok! Just would have been nice for a call before hand.

close to everything in town

My family was woken up by screaming and yelling due to a women next to our room overdose at breakfast resulting in fire, ambulance, and police showing up!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy and they had done an exceptional job of updating and maintaining the property. The location was perfect and we will stay here again next time we are in the area. I was not expecting much being a Quality Inn however this property far exceeded my expectations. The pool table and claw machine game in the main lobby were a fun, unexpected touch as was the 2nd floor lounge overlooking the lobby.

The free breakfast was a bit lacking. The waffles were good but they were the only hot option. I wish they had more options other than just cereal, yogurt, waffles and fruit. Also the lighting in the room itself wasn't very good but those are both very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again

There was absolutely nothing about this property that was likable.

The room was filthy. Stains on sheets, sofa was broken and covered in filth - wouldn't even go near it. The AC was so loud, we had to turn it off to sleep. Overwhelming odor of cleaner. Spoke with the general manager and advised her of all the problems. I would have found another hotel, but we had driven 4.5 hours to get here! I wanted a new CLEAN room, but "they were sold out." To appease me, l I was told we would get a credit to the room, and she brought clean sheets to the room. Although it is not what I wanted, as I wanted a clean room, I was content with clean bedsheets and the credit and the thought of getting sleep. When I checked out, found out that was just a false promise- there was no credit, I was charged full price and the woman behind the counter said that although the GM noted my account, she didn't give me a credit.... and she couldn't do anything for me. So.... . I don't know who rated this place as high as they did. But, if you like filth on the furniture, spotted and stained sheets with who knows what, no AC or no sleep (your choice) and garbage served up as breakfast- you'll love it here.

The continental breakfast had very little to choose from. Everything was very clean which means a lot.

The coffee is really basic I had to walk next door to have a decent breakfast at golden corral!

Large room with desk,small sofa,very clean and modern enough.

Ran completely out of clean washcloths for a full 24 hours. Breakfast offerings very very limitef.
