right off I-90. close to gas station and numerous restaurants

Tall ceilings, comfortable bed, shower pressure, quietness.

Booked an accessible room, and it was a regular room. The couch was not very clean. The shower / bathroom door layout not designed well. You have to enter the shower to turn on the water.

The beds were comfortable and nice amenities.

How thin the walls were. Had to be very quiet or the lady in the room next to us got angry. There was broken USB ports in our room and there was a hair tie and crumbs on the floor in our room when we checked in.

Nice big room. Quiet and comfortable. Great service at breakfast. He worked hard to keep everything stocked and kids happy. Very friendly. Reserved our room online and everything was smooth and simple. Parking great.

One elevator was a little slow during the 5-6 pm time. Everyone using it.

Nothing!! Cold shower! Day after I checked out, I find they charged me TWICE for the miserable stay!!

Staff was VERY rude. Elevator broken. Clerk assigned a room that was in complete disarray. Old takeout found on the dresser! Trash on the bathroom vanity! I had to run up and down the stairs multiple times to get keys for different rooms until a suitable room was found because the clerk refused to leave the front desk. Said she was not allowed. So it was up to ME to bring keys back and forth and inspect rooms until a clean room was found. It was "my responsibility" to run all over, up and down stairs?!? Then, to add insult to injury, they actually charged me AGAIN for the stay the day after I checked out, although I had prepaid a month prior to my stay through Booking! I'm STILL awaiting a credit back from them for the erroneous charge. Every attempt to call the hotel is reached by a clerk who doesn't understand the issue and the manger isn't in. STAY AWAY!!

The room was amazing. It fit our family perfectly. And the price for it was great. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

Breakfast was cold. And there was one receptionist that wasn't the friendliest. She didn't seem very happy to be there or to answer our questions. Seemed very annoyed.

Sofa was very gross and dirty, sofa bed had crumbs all over it and dirty sheets, toiletries are not the greatest, yogurt at breakfast was expired and no coffee available at breakfast.

Shades don't close. Had things taken out of my truck. 65 in food, and a new shirt, in the night.

The pool was nice.

I had dirty sheets on my bed and the couch in our room was awful.

Clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.

This is my go to hotel when staying in Billings. The staff is always fantastic, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.
