Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Location suited my needs.

For my three-night stay, there was only hot water for the third night. For two days and nights, I was very uncomfortable not being able to shower. Also, when they told me it was fixed, it wasn't. Also, when I checked in, they couldn't find my reservation at first; then, after much discussion, we realized somehow my given name and surname were switched.

Room smelled like someone had smoked in it, fire alarm went off at 5am , parking is bad (not enough)

Very clean and spacious. Loved the closet area; the space is well utilized. The bathroom is spacious and well lit. The gym has plenty of equipment and is very clean as well. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

The TV could have been bigger, a 32" for a room is rather small. The bathroom could have a better exhaust fan to help with the steam accumulation. It was hard to put on makeup if someone in the family was using the shower.

Attention to detail.

That I wasn’t informed there wouldn’t be housekeeping during my stay and room service and bar/ restaurant would be closed on Christmas.
