Breakfast was ok, typical breakfast but was hot and delicious.

The area was great. Next door to restaurants and shopping centers. Staff were very friendly. I was really impressed with having a welcome on the tv with my name.
Toilet was a bit low(not really anything you can do differently), tub creaked (sounded like plastic popping), hallway was super hot! And only one elevator working at the time.

Uncomfortable beds, lights too bright, AC/Heat hard to control, 1 elevator was out and maids had carts blocking us using the one working, breakfast was terrible

Location was fine
The ac didn’t cool the room and even when I asked the front desk they said it was working. I had an infant and she ended up getting sick because the room was so hot. Then I called to see if I left a pair of shoes…. They were $150 pair of shoes and the front desk said they would call me back after checking with housekeeping and never did. Everytime I called back they acted like they didn’t know anything about anyone that was checking and keep saying they will call me back. Even made sure they had another number to call me

We rented a King with the sofa pull out. The bed and sofa pull out were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of sheets and towels whenever we asked. The breakfast was great and the tables/chairs were clean.
Well you can't change the size of the pool, but we expected something better since the hotel was super nice inside. It was a regular pool.

the lighting… ugly ugly cold cold blue led bulbs. the worst. made my skin look like it was 106.

Well lit parking lot. Nice lobby, very nice staff, Nice room, nice bathroom, bathtub was immaculate. Great bath, all very clean, very comfortable. Fast quiet elevator. Good variety for breakfast. Lots of coffee. Overall I was very satisfied, no complaints.

the staff was unprofessional overall. we tried to get an early checkin and was told we’d be given a call back to verify within 5 minutes. 90 minutes later I still hadn’t received a call so I called them back. the staff member was making me feel like a nuisance and said they can’t accommodate an early checkin. we had to make different plans at that point so we couldn’t checkin until after 8pm.

The clean room and convenient breakfast.
One if the beds was uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. You could also hear trailer traffic from the highway.
