Awesome location, great views, a little pricey for an off weekend day but the historic hotel is fantastic … definitely take the elevator!

I loved it. They are true that there is noise as the railroad is right outside but they provide earplugs and honestly it’s like staying in the late 1800s with awesome amenities!

The homeless people made for an undesirable location. The bartender where we went for a drink was probably doing a drug deal while on shift. Parking was stressful and I did not feel like my car was secure.

very well located in the center of the city. lobby is impressive and very welcoming! you instantly are intrigued by the place. well designed and taken every detail in consideration for a great stay.

This is such a lovely hotel! I love how they've renovated it and seeing the old photos- and how much of the original design they kept in tact- was such a treat. The room was nicely sized, bed super comfortable, bathroom totally fine (nothing fancy). No conditioner in the shower, which wasn't a big deal but just good to know! Highly recc breakfast in the cafe downstairs!

We were warned about the sound and it was def a little loud. Mostly bc of people being loud out on the sidewalk late at night, which I don't think is something the hotel can do anything about! The train bothered us less, it's more of a background sound, but people yelling late at night were kind of annoying. I think the only thing the hotel could do to possible help this would be invest in more modern windows that were insulated, so there'd be more of a sound barrier?

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Too dark. Not enough general lighting in the room. Could not watch tv comfortably in a chair - only by sitting in bed.

The hotel, staff and jazz night along with being right on the strip was perfect along with price.

There was a domestic disturbance while there and cops were there trying to deal with issue. lots of screaming in middle of night. of course nothing hotel could have helped or done differently just missed out on a lot of sleep

Great location. Charming little hotel. We hope to stay here more often.

Some folks might have trouble with a little sporadic noise due to the downtown location but it didn’t bother us.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Very cozy lobby. Had a great time for our new year getaway.

Over charge me not what booking said it was and the towl rack fell off the wall showers need to be Bleached there was someone else's hair in the shower still. One of the lamps didn't work at all. Ice buckets bit Where's the ice machine 🤔
