It was nice.
The beds are very uncomfortable.

Bed in my room felt broken. High spot in the middle. Either side felt dented. Felt like my head was angled down all night

Well maintained outside and very clean. The area is quiet and a relaxing place to stay.
The mattress was old and needs replaced. My husband and I kept rolling to the middle. A thicker shower curtain is needed. The shower curtain is extremely thin and kept sticking to us when we showered. The shower curtain looked clean, but we felt it was unhygienic sticking to us and honestly grossed us out.

I did not partake of breakfast so don't know. I did not request a quiet room above or I'm sure they would've done everything to accommodate. Liked the grounds, location, room and the Cape Cod chips was a nice touch. Room was ready, clean and cool upon arrival. There was always someone available if you needed anything even though office hours were posted as 8-8.

Didn’t notice memo on the bureau announcing rooms wouldn’t be maintained by housekeeping at this time...problem was running out of towels in the PM... office closed...a large notice maybe placed on the bed would have been more obvious to the renters.

Check in was a breeze and I appreciated the no contact checkin. The room was pleasant and a good size. It was close enough to all the little shops and restaurants but far enough out to be quiet and such.

The location was perfect for our family gathering. Do to the hurricane they were kind enough to extend our stay without charge. My grandson lost a toy in their pool and in the morning it was waiting for us.
Our stay met our needs perfectly. We will be returning next year.

Sweet stay is how I would describe our weekend. It’s a no frills facility, but perfect for the location. The area doesn’t lend itself to big box hotels.

It was a beautiful property with sitting areas with grills for us to use. The beach was within walking distance. The town was absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful.

- chips and bottle of water was a nice addition
- room was spacious
- fridge was pretty big
- pool was clean
- there was no conditioner in the restroom, just shampoo
- it would have been nice to not do contactless check in. It felt a bit impersonal and not as welcoming. Also it would have been nice to have someone tell us what is there to do around!
