Staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

The up lights used outside the building shined right into the room. The lights were blue.

1st room smelled like vomit so they had to switch our room.

The hotel was clean and had free parking.

Had poor experience with this hotel because: i) They ignored our booking.com reservation since the main person on the reservation arrived later than the rest of the group (whose names were on the reservation also). Charged another person's credit card in the group for slightly higher price than the original reservation, indicating zero flexibility and understanding. ii) We had to cancel one of the rooms in our reservation passed the cutoff and while they charged us for the room, they did not offer us to use the room so our group can stretch out a little! iii) There were four people per room and while they charged extra fee for each person, they provide only one single-serve shampoo and other stuff in each room for the entire two nights we stayed!! We asked for cleaning touch-up after the first night and they said we only clean rooms in the third day of stay! Brough us some sheets and bed cover and refused to fit them on the beds and left the sheets for us to take care of!! The hotel is in an industrial-feeling neighborhood and is only good for night sleep. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience given the very high price we paid.

Fridge and microwave in the room. Comfortable pillows. Nice bathroom. Close to bus stop to get into the city.

The TV remotes are awful. They don't have enough buttons to perform all the tasks they should. The hallway near the elevator always felt like there was a window wide open, it was freezing and breezy.
