Rooms need upgrading.
Not cleaned, dust everywhere. Pots and pans need replacing.

This was the worst bed I have ever slept on. Seriously not comfortable at all.

The rooms were nice and tidy. The service at the front desk was understanding and knowledgeable.
There was nothing to dislike..everything was within walking distance.

The carpet was messy, sound from other rooms was loud, heated pool was cold, and breakfast was ok but straight from a box.

It was clean. price was acceptable
i booked a king room. when i arrived, I was told there wasnt any available and had to take 2 queen beds. other noisy teenage patrins made it a miserable night.

Good selection of breakfast items. It was all I needed.
The hotel is located conveniently just off the freeway, making it easy to get around. Yet it was quiet.
A hot tub in the pool area would be nice.

Unfortunately only my husband got to have it our 1st day there & WORST OF ALL WAS WE DIDN'T REMEMBER THE TIME IT ENDS SO WE MISSED IT WHEN NEEDING TO BE LEAVING! But he said it was good.
We were disappointed that maintenance didn't come to fix our phone when we told them our 1st night (APPROX. 8:45PM) THAT IT WASN'T WORKING!! We were surprised when getting back to our room approx. 10pm the next night that it still wasn't fixed. If it had been fixed the 1st night, we could have called down in the morning to check on the time of the breakfast. A lady came to REPLACE it RIGHT BEFORE WE WERE CHECKING OUT!

Well they are not accepting third party bookings, the front office was not open, Rates are very high, they charge for water and breakfast not many choices, housekeeping is not done until asked

Very clean hotel, very good breakfast! Everything is new, inside is very beautiful everywhere. You will not regret! Moreover, it seems that the walls between rooms are soundproof. Good and free parking. Microwave, coffeemaker and fridge in the room

Facility was clean and staff was ok
We wanted to leave after a couple nights as our home was ready for us to go back into after some work was completed. The hotel would not let us cancel the last night without requiring us to pay. I probably would not go back there again for that reason. Too greedy

The front desk lady was nice..
Hotel smelled. Very dated..wouldn't recommend for any single travelers. Didn't stay I got a refund and stayed st Sonesta. Much better

Very clean. The outside Looked like the picture I saw online.
Our room was in need of some touch ups. Entry door to the room needed a touch up of paint. Terrible caulk job done in the shower. Stain in the carpet inside the room. Tile baseboard fell off the wall by the bathroom door.
