I liked the location, the privacy of access to the property, beach & pool. The fully equipped home.

I did not like the dirty couch/love seat & curtains (they were horribly stained). I did not like that the dishwasher was full of dirty/smelly/old water (we didn’t use it while there since I wasn’t sure if it would leak/backup). I didn’t like the bed (soooo uncomfortable) nor did I like the pillows (they were paper thin- even folded, they still weren’t fluffy enough). The kitchen & coffee table had scratches & water bubbles (if that’s what they’re called)- the place needed a makeover/update. the cabinets were sticky and had food on them.

There were roaches in the kitchen

Good view. Property (entire building and surroundings) seemed clean and safe. Carts on ground floor made it easy to take luggage up to rooms. King size bed was nice and comfortable. It was quiet- we did not hear people from other rooms or outside.

Dishwasher was broken. A load of towels was left in the laundry room. Although we did not need the bunk beds, they were essentially in a closet alcove, so if you did have some children sleeping there, there would be no place to put their suitcase or items like that.

Convenient and right on the beach

Door locks needed to be replaced. Had no key to lock from outside. No trash bags and no toilet paper. Had to purchase our own. Pots and pans needed upgraded!

It was very clean, cozy, and had a beach house feel to it‼️

Both bedrooms had queen size beds. Having a king bed in one of the rooms would’ve been excellent‼️

Very clean.

The same person kept nagging us about bracelets everyday when it was explained to him that we didn’t wear them to not loose and pay 50 dollars .

It was in the beach with a great pool. The condo was nice

There is no place to place groceries in the kitchen. Seen several roaches every day. Has to buy a coffee pot because there was roaches in the one provided. The refrigerator handle broke. The towel hanger in the bedroom bath fell off while hanging a towel up. The last guest left the sofa bed blanket and sheets on the bed. Most important of all the the front door did not lock when we left the room. Reported the front door on the first day and it was never repaired so we kept having to go to the room to check on our things.

Location was great, condo was nice could use a few upgrades and replacement of dirty stained furniture

Washer and dryer were broken first three days 😒 ended up spending a half day waiting on a repairman and half the next day in a laundrymat. This was a pretty big deal since there were 5 of us total and this was a major factor in renting a room with these facilities.

Great views, easy access to beach and pool. Condo was very nice...clean, quiet and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!!

The location of the property was convenient, close to Walmart and Ripleys Believe it or Not. The view was amazing especially at sunrise and sunset! You can see the ocean from the parking garage which was kind of cool to me.

The floors were dusty and there were a few roaches. Nothing made me uncomfortable and I still enjoyed my stay!
