great location, we had breakfast on the bay, then walked across the road to the stunning beach. restaurants and shops all close by - most are a short drive or shuttle the apartment was bright and clean, bed and sofa were comfortable and kitchen was very large for our needs dolphins swam by - added bonus easy parking

the property needs to be better equipped with cleaning equipment and product - we stayed 12 nights and would have liked to clean surfaces properly and mop the floor. we only had one floor brush and one tea towel, and not too many bath towels. the beach chairs provided were OK - but many rentals provide almost new Tommy Bahamas chairs for the beach - the ones here were very old. for $90 is would make a big difference. the pool is nice, but the pictures make it look better than it is - it’s nit quite this close to the waters edge.

Loved the grounds & tropical setting. Convenient to beach & public transportation. Enjoyed sitting by the pier & pool area to watch the boat traffic passing by on the Intracoastal waterway. Clean & convenient laundry area.

Our unit 1B was definitely not up to our expectations. Stove burner was broken, microwave stove light was burned out, there was no garbage disposer, dishwasher was not anchored & tipped easily, outlet above island was pulling out of wall, outlet in bathroom was right above the sink & was not a GFI outlet (which is not legal), & there wasn't a stopper for the bathtub. Also had to buy & replace batteries in TV remote & wall clock. We expected so much better for the money spent.

No breakfast. More than one bath towel each I’d recommend for an 8 day stay.

Parking is poor. Your spot is not marked so people take all the spots. I called to complain no one replied. The floor was filthy. The fridge was leaky with a note on it saying to not leave the door open to long or it will malfunction. It malfunctioned without leaving the door open too long. There was a lizard that somehow got in there and they wouldn't send someone that night and I could not sleep there.

There was no where to use the bathroom once you got to the private beach and it's kind of a long walk back to be doing this all day. Not very relaxing. There are many other places ocean side right there that charged less. I took notes while I was there for next time.

Small but clean. Comfortable King sized bed. Very nice pool and outdoor facility overlooking the inter coastal. Right across the street from the beautiful Siesta Key beaches.

The pool area near the intercostal is very nice. The view of the intercostal is very nice and there are plenty of chairs. The pool itself is heated.

At approximately $300 a night including taxes, this property was disappointing. The unit is the first unit next to Midnight Pass Road, a very busy road. The exterior of the property is right out of the 1950’s with two very old buildings and some shacks down by the pool. The parking lot is unpaved sea shells which makes your car dirty when you drive on it. The sea shells are dragged in on your feet making your unit dirty as well. There is no assigned parking in the lot, so several times we had to hunt for a space far away from our unit. The towels in the bathroom will do a good job exfoliating your skin because they are cheap and scratchy. The tub was old as well. The cookware was worn and dirty. It’s quite a walk to the beach. The tv service is a joke with no HD. Oh, and NO INTERNET in the unit, only down by the pool. The pool lady comes every day but arrives around 9 when the pool opens at 8. She actually asked people to get out of the pool so she can vacuum it. Why can’t she do this job before 8 so people can enjoy what they are paying for. This property is not a good value.
