Location was great. Views were wonderful. Very secure.

key card system was slow, and at one point quit working and we had to get new keys.

How it felt outdoorsy and safe and it was fun to see out side when we woke up and went to bed. It was a convenient stay and we could get to the mountain very fast and back to our condo. It was very very convenient.

It had food that was not ours, so the house keeping was not good keeping good at that part.

Location is good, immediate to lift and center. Fairly quiet place in the summer. Came before season opened, the main lift (for the downhill MTB people) was not working, so it stayed even quieter. It’s 30 min to Durango, where all the action is, which was the right amount of seclusion for us.

Apartment needs a bit of tlc: the washing machine is terribly loud when spinning, the walls are literally shaking. Bedposts are very loose, which might cause some funny noises at times… Some mold on the shower ceiling, tub didn’t drain and someone had to be called for that. Wifi is useless in the main area/living room & kitchen, only works ok in the master bedroom. My kids spent a lot of time in the hallway outside of the place for that reason. The sliding door in the second bathroom unhinged, most of the window hinges also need attention. All in all, only minor issues, but they add up. What’s really bad is the fact that one can hear literally every step from the place upstairs - and if that person is up at 5:30am, that might be disturbing for some vacationers…

Great location. Nice layout. Plenty of space with decent facilities. Comfortable.

Sink faucet leaked badly at both the spout and handle. Previous guest had manually shut off the cold water supply to stop the dripping. Lint filter in the dryer was broken and would not stay in place. Refridgerator appeared to be equipped with an ice maker, but it didnt work. TV in master bedroom did not work, may have been batteries in remote control.
